The monthly tournament chair should have three rounds (two minimum) a month tied to points (600/1000), one round a month should be a team event. A/B Flights split on low net rounds is not always recommended. The recommendation is for 2 closies and a payout of $20, $15, $10. That would require at least $55 entry fee money (11 people). If more than 12 people, then splitting to A/B could be possible but prize money should not drop more than $15, $10, $5 =$70 on an A/B split. This would require at least 14 players. The monthly chair should retain a small amount each week to the Kitty and turn back monies to the Club at the end of the month. When an A/B split is done the NUMBER of players in each flight should be equal as possible.
